2017 GENERAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

PASSENGER NAMES 

Customers are responsible for providing a valid list of passenger names including date of birth and gender using our MTAF name form. Names must match exactly to the passport or other approved identification. Failure to provide correct names may prevent passengers from boarding the aircraft as well as including additional fees.

Passenger names provided late or with errors are subject to a minimum $500.00 MTAF fee. 

PASSENGER SUBSTITUTIONS AND ADDITIONS

Any request to substitute one passenger name for another is not guaranteed. Requests may be specified in writing to our Ticketing department at support.MissionTripAirfare.com. Cancellation fees (see cancellation policy below) and other costs may be incurred.

 Unless specified otherwise on your invoice, adding additional passengers after purchase will require a new fare quote.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES, SEAT ASSIGNMENTS, AND FREQUENT FLYERS

Unless noted otherwise stated, check with airlines directly prior to travel for the current baggage allowance and associated fees.

Advanced seat assignments are not guaranteed.

Frequent flyer eligibility is not guaranteed. Check with airline at the time of travel.

FARES, ITINERARIES AND E-TICKETS

Fares purchased are guaranteed by MTAF and include all fees, taxes, and surcharges. Customers are not charged additional fees, taxes or surcharges for the fares purchased.

Itineraries, airlines, flight numbers, and schedules are subject to change.

MTAF will provide updated itineraries and e-ticket numbers within 7 days of departure.

Confirmation numbers are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Unless stated otherwise on customer’s invoice, all fares purchased are non refundable.

Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the MTAF Billing department via our Customer Support Center at support.MissionTripAirfare.com.

MTAF reserves the right to cancel groups for any reason including unauthorized contact with our vendors / suppliers.

All refund requests must be approved by the billing department and will be processed within 60-90 days from date of travel. 

MTAF reserves the right to cancel any purchase if client fails to meet certain performance requirements including but not limited to providing passenger names, and payment due dates.

DEVIATIONS

Itinerary deviations are allowed on qualified groups when specified at the time of quote and purchase.

After purchase, deviation requests must be specified in detail to the MTAF Ticketing department via our Customer Support Center at support.MissionTripAirfare.com.

If approved, a minimum $200 MTAF fee plus any increase in fare may apply. Deviation itineraries are provided only after the primary group is processed.

Deviation requests made after E-ticket numbers are sent are not allowed.
