Beth- we have returned!  It was a great trip and smooth flights.  Thank you very much.  We left with 27 bags, came home with 14.  We left so much stuff at those orphanages.  The 3 bag allowance REALLY helped us out.

Hey Beth!

   This is Brooke with the team that went to Zimbabwe this past summer.  Unfortunately while we were in Zimbabwe, internet access was pretty limited.  But just so you know, all of the airline stuff went SO smoothly. We totally could not have done it without you and we really really appreciate you working with us, even though we were such a small group.  About two weeks into our trip, we found out that we had to return early because off the political situation that was getting worse by the day.  So we had to get our tickets  switched so that we could come home early and we worked directly with Kenya Airlines with no problem.

    The trip itself was so wonderful though, it feels like it was a dream! Thank you so much again for all of your help. You were such a blessing and I am definitely referring anyone who asks to Mission Trip Airfare.  And I also definitely look forward to working with you in the future!

     Our Costa Rica Service Project was the first international trip that I had ever planned.  I had difficulties reserving airline tickets for my group of 20, and was leery of using an online travel agent.  Beth Greenhill of missiontripairfare.com  was able to get me the best price for group tickets as well as choose an itinerary that was practical for international travel. 

     There are several advantages to using an experienced travel agent.  We were able to put a deposit down on our tickets and pay the balance several months later when we had raised the funds necessary.  But more importantly, Beth Greenhill rescued us when our return flight from Atlanta to Cleveland was cancelled. 

     The airlines told me we’d have to camp-out in Atlanta for two days before getting a flight home.  Beth was instrumental in negotiating for us.  We were able to break into three groups and fly home the next day using a combination of airlines.  However we all arrived home at the same time!  I never could have done this without her!  This kind of skill comes with experience and a network.  Many thanks to you, Beth!  We were so grateful for your help!

We are back and the only problem we encountered was 5 of our teams luggage never arrived and they still don't have it!
But, the World Traveler Plus was a GREAT thing!  Thank you for letting us know about it.  Since the flights coming back were over booked, they bumped us from WTP to business!

My name is D----C---. You booked a flight plan for our group to Poland this summer. I never really gave a proper thank you, and wanted to do so. We had an interesting trip back. Or flight out of Warsaw was canceled due to the bombing in London. We waited at the BA office until it opened, but when I finally got in to talk to the agent, I was sent to a back room to talk to a supervisor who had our plan already laid out. We went to Prague, and then strait to Atlanta. I know the only reason for this being expedited was our status as a mission group. I thank you for organizing everything for us, and wanted to tell you that we are in the beginning stages of our trip for next summer, and I definitely plan on booking through you again.

Ghana, West Africa

Hello Beth,

[Our group] in Dallas, Texas had a very successful mission trip to Ghana, West Africa. We want to thank Mission Trip Airfare for handling our air transportation from DFW to London's Gatwick and Heathrow to Accra and home again. Each leg of our travel was perfect. On the last leg of our travel, from Gatwick to DFW on June 23, 2007, [two of us] were upgraded to the class in front of coach. I'm not sure what this section is called, but we enjoyed the comforts of wider seats with more leg room.

FYI, we used National Express coach service to transport us from Gatwick to Heathrow. I purchased our round trip tickets upon arrival at Gatwick on June 13. The Website is: www.nationalexpress.com. The bus service runs frequently throughout the day. We used three fare options: 60 years old and up, 18 - 59 years, and children under eighteen.

We met so many people in Ghana on mission trips from Dallas, Atlanta, Indiana and Ohio. We were in good company. The Ghanaian people were so warm and welcoming. The country is so rich in natural resources and its people. May God continue to bless you and your travel service. I was so glad to find Mission Trip Airfare on an African Website.

Lilongwe, Zimbabwe Africa

Our experience with Air Zimbabwe was better than satisfactory.  It was special.  I don't know if they changed their schedule just for us or if it just seemed like they did.  We flew directly from London on the 767 non-stop to Lilongwe and arrived five hours early.  On the return they came back on the 767 and took us directly non-stop to London arriving on schedule.   

We did have one passenger, because of an expired passport.  I don't know how that happened or it wasn't caught in Jackson
If there is any refund for her unused portions, we will appreciate it.
